Plaintiff brings this suit pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. Before the court is Defendant McKesson Corporation’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 12), which Defendant Life Insurance Company of North America has joined (Doc. # 18).
