This matter is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiff United States Aviation Underwriters, Inc. (doc. 15) and defendant Yellow Freight System, Inc. (doc. 19). The motions having been exhaustively briefed, they are now ripe for disposition.
