{¶ 1} Joe G. Hixson appeals from the judgment of the Athens County Court of Common Pleas granting Westport Insurance Company summary judgment. Hixson argues that he is an insured under the Westport policy issued to Iddings Trucking, Inc., and that uninsured-motorist and underinsured-motorist (“UM/UIM”) coverage equal to the liability policy limits arose by operation of law because Westport’s offer of UM/UIM coverage did not comply with the requirements set forth by the Ohio Supreme Court in Linko v. Indemn. Ins. Co. of N. Am. (2000), 90 Ohio St.3d 445, 739 N.E.2d 338.…
