{1 Marcell Chile! unsuccessfully sued Kristen Simler in small claims court for physical injuries arising from an alleged automobile collision between the parties. Ms, Chilel then appealed the small claims deci-gion to the district court, and Ms. Simler filed an answer, jury demand, and pretrial discovery requests. Ms. Chilel moved to strike Ms. Simler's jury demand and discovery requests, and the district court granted that motion.
