This is a securities action purportedly brought on behalf of a class of all purchasers of publicly traded common stock and/or exchange-traded options on such common stock of Eaton Corporation PLC ("Eaton" or the "Company") between May 21, 2012 and July 28, 2014 (the "class period"), so long as they purchased at least one share or option from November 13, 2013 through July 28, 2014, inclusive.
