MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER
COSBEY, United States Magistrate Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court 1 on the issues raised by the motion for preliminary injunction filed by the Plaintiff, The Standard Register Company (hereafter “Standard Register”).
Pursuant to the order of this Court, counsel have submitted briefs and proposed find ings of fact and conclusions of law in support of their respective positions.
