This is an action brought by the plaintiff, George T. McGonigle, under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60. McGonigle contends that he was injured by the negligent operation of a railroad locomotive by his employer, Penn-Central Transportation Company (Penn-Central), the defendant herein.
