Louise D. Thomas, Dennis D. Darden, and Linda Jean Allen [collectively “named plaintiffs”] bring this action on behalf of themselves and all similarly situated persons [collectively “class” or “plaintiffs”] against SmithKline Beecham Corporation [“SB”], various SB employee benefit plans [“benefit plans”], and the administrators of those benefit plans [“administrators”] [collectively “defendants”].
