MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOYNER, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is the Motion to Certify This Action as a Class Action Pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure of Lead Plaintiff Paul R. Adal (“Lead Plaintiff’) and other named Plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”). Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(a) and (b)(3). Plaintiffs’ claims arise against Defendants Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (“Safeguard”) and Warren V. Musser (“Musser”) for violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78 et seq., and Rule 10b-5…
