OPINION AND ORDER
CRABB, District Judge.
This is a civil action for monetary and injunctive relief brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213. Plaintiff contends that she is a disabled person under the act as a consequence of her insulin-dependent diabetes, which has affected her eyesight. She alleges that defendant discriminated against her in violation of the act by removing her from her job as a supervisor because she could not pass a vision test and by failing to reasonably accommodate her disability by modifying the vision requirement or her job…
