Appeal from that part of an order of the Supreme Court (Doyle, J.), entered February 16, 2006 in Albany County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff’s unlawful discrimination and unlawful retaliation claims under title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Plaintiff, who is originally from India, was hired by defendant State of New York Office of Real Property Services (hereinafter defendant).
