Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Demarest, J.), entered March 30, 2010 in St. Lawrence County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
In 1985, plaintiff was hired as a field representative by defendant, a union representing various professional, scientific and technical employees of New York State.
