On the 21st day of July, 1917, Herbert E. Smith, as plaintiff, commenced an action in the district court of Okmulgee county to forclose a mortgage given toy Mary and Robert West on the E. y2 of the N. E. Vé of section, 7, T. 12 N. range 13 E., situated in Okmulgee county, given to secure the performance of professional services rendered and to be rendered by Smith to the Wests.
