On April 11, 1932, the Oklahoma Publishing Company commenced its suit against the Jordan Furniture Company! in the district court . of Oklahoma county, for the sum of $1,539.15, with interest at 6 per cent, per annum from November 19, 1931, until paid. The action was to reeeover money alleged to be due on three written contracts for advertising-space in the Daily Oklahoman and the Oklahoma City Times.
