This appeal arises out of a breach of contract action directed principally at obtaining for Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A. (Cracchiolo) and D’Antonio & D'Antonio (D’Antonio), plaintiffs-appellees, attorneys’ fees for services performed for Albino Pugliani and Theron Miller, defendants-appellants. Appellees claimed a beneficial interest in the proceeds held at one time by Stewart Title & Trust (Stewart) in Trust no. 1905, and ultimately sought monetary damages from Stewart for wrongful disbursement of those funds.
