The opinion of the Court was delivered by The complaint in this case, omitting formal matter, alleges that in October, 1933, Lucius P. Sauls became a member of appellant association and was issued on said date Certificate TE-1156334, whereby appellant agreed to pay respondent, the beneficiary named therein, upon satisfactory proof of the death of said member, while in good standing, the sum of one thousand dollars; that Lucius P.
