This is a civil action by Maria Telesca (“Telesca” or the “Plaintiff’), who suffers from a type of dwarfism that impairs her mobility, seeking monetary damages and enforcement of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, codified at 29 U.S.C. § 794 (2006).
