Atkinson, Justice.

The Atlanta Paper Company, duly incorporated, brought suit against the Jacksonville Paper Company, trading as Atlantic Paper Company, seeking to enjoin the defendant “from trading under the name Atlantic Paper Company or any other name identical to or confusingly similar to petitioner’s name, . . or in any way colorably imitating the name of petitioner, and . . from passing off its corporate name as the name of your petitioner.” A temporary injunction was granted.
