RAMSEY, Judge.
Relator was arrested in Calhoun County by virtue of a warrant issued on complaint and information filed, charging him, in substance, with the unlawful sale, and offer to sell, of two wild ducks, and that he had same in his possession, and sold said ducks to one Fred Montier. Thereupon he made application to the Honorable J. C. Wilson, Judge of the District Court of Calhoun County, for writ of - habeas corpus.
