This is a bill in equity to impress a trust on certain real estate in the town of Bristol in this state. The bill also contains a prayer for incidental relief. Following a hearing in the superior court on bill, answer and proof the trial justice denied and dismissed the bill. The cause is before us on complainant’s appeal from a final decree in accordance with that decision.
