This suit in equity was brought by the administratrix of the estate of Charles O’Gasapian to establish debts of the defendants Danielson and Barsam to the intestate and to reach and apply in payment thereof certain property including real estate standing in the name of the defendant Vartanian and a note secured by mortgage of real estate described in the third paragraph of the bill of complaint.
