CHARLES CLARK, Circuit Judge:
In his pro se complaint Slavin named twenty persons who he alleged had conspired and acted to deprive him of rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution. Slavin based his cause of action on 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, and 1986. The defendants responded with motions to dismiss for various reasons, among them, failure to state a claim, immunity, and the statute of limitations.
