Plaintiff Merchants Insurance Group (“plaintiff’ or “Merchants”), an insurance company and the subrogor of non-parties Daniel Hess (“Hess”) and DeeJay Carpet Co., Inc. (“DeeJay”) seeks contribution and indemnity from defendants Mitsubishi Motor Credit Association and Mitsubishi Motor Credit of America, Inc.
