Plaintiff John Stampolis (“Stampolis”) brings this action in diversity against Provident Auto Leasing Company (“Provident”) and Atut Ali (“Ali”) (collectively, “defendants”), seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
