SUMMARY ORDER

Plaintiff-Appellants Merchants Insurance Group (“Merchants”) and Deejay Carpet Co., Inc. (“Deejay Carpet”) appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York granting summary judgment to Defendants-Appellees Mitsubishi Motor Credit Association and Mitsubishi Motor Credit of America (“MMCA”). Because we disagree with the district court that the Graves Amendment, 49 U.S.C. § 30106, bars Merchants’ claims, we vacate and remand for further proceedings consistent with this summary order.
