This is an action brought by the appelleeagainst the appellant, in the Delaware Circuit Court, to-quiet title to certain real estate described in the complaint, and for an injunction. The appellant appeared and filed an answer, in two paragraphs, and a cross-complaint against the appellee in two paragraphs.
