Johnson, Justice,

delivered the opinion of the court. — The principles of law involved in this cause are few and simple, and well established ; and all the difficulties consist in so arranging the facts as to apply the principles correctly ; or rather to determine whether they have been correctly applied in the court below. The plaintiff here was plaintiff there, and the action being ejectment, a remedy rigidly legal, it behoved her to make out a title of the same character.
