The Employment Division denied the claimant, respondent Dennis, unemployment benefits on the ground that she was not willing to work full time. Following a hearing, the denial was affirmed by a referee and by the Employment Appeals Board (EAB). The Court of Appeals reversed and remanded for reconsideration. Dennis v. Employment Div., 77 Or App 633, 713 P2d 1079 (1986).
