This is an appeal from the judgment of October 24, 1995, entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, in favor of appellees in the amount of $1,154,631.22. Herein appellant contends: 1) The lower court erred when it refused to grant judgment n.o.v. on the grounds that appellees’ suit was barred by Pennsylvania’s statute of repose; 2) The verdict was against the weight of the evidence; 3) The lower court improperly excluded expert testimony relating to decedent’s intoxication at the time of the accident; and 4) The lower court improperly charged the jury regarding…
