Appellant Kenneth Allen Britt was charged with, and found guilty of, two counts of aggravated robbery [Ark. Stat. Ann. § 41-2102 (Crim. Code, 1976)] and one count of battery in the first degree [Ark. Stat. Ann. § 41-1601 (Crim. Code, 1976)]. He was sentenced on each charge; however, the court made the sentences run consecutively and suspended the sentences on one of the robbery charges and on the battery charge. All of the charges were included in one information. Appellant’s sole point for reversal is his contention that the court erred in submitting instructions…
