This cause is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike Defendant’s Fifteenth Affirmative Defense (Dkt. 64, 65) and Defendant’s response thereto (Dkt. 77).
BACKGROUND
On August 4, 2007, Arlene Delgado died, shortly after giving birth, under the care of Central Florida Health Care Inc., an agency of the Defendant, United States of America.
