—In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County *190(Steinhardt, J.), dated August 30, 1999, as granted that branch of the defendant’s motion which was to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
