Plaintiffs bring this action against Defendants American Airlines, Inc. (“American,” or the “Company”), A.M.R. Corporation (“AMR” or, together with American, the “Company Defendants”), the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (“APFA” or the “Union”), and John Ward, in his capacity as President of APFA (“Ward,” also included in “APFA” or the “Union”).
