SMITH, Judge.
This case arises from dismissal, for lack of jurisdiction, of a petition for child custody filed pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act. We affirm.
No testimony was taken in this case; therefore, the record consists of the pleadings and three exhibits filed in the trial court. Petitioner is the natural mother of the child whose custody is at issue. Petitioner represents that she received custody of her son in a California proceeding in 1970, after termination of her marriage to the son’s father.
