¶1 Juliann Dollmeyer, the personal representative of the Estate of Sandra LaMontagne (the Estate), appeals the trial court’s decision on summary judgment to dismiss the Estate’s prescription drug product liability claims against Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMS).
