I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment pertaining to plaintiffs product liability claims. (Dkt.# 117). Defendants argue that, to the extent that plaintiffs failure to warn claims are based on common law theories of negligence, those claims are preempted by the Washington Product Liability Act (“WLAP”).
