— John N. Wait appeals from a judgment and sentence to life imprisonment entered February 4, 1972, following jury verdicts of guilty on two counts of armed robbery and a jury finding that appellant is an habitual criminal.

Appellant was brought to trial commencing November 3, 1971, on two counts of robbery. On November 5, 1971, the jury returned a verdict of guilty and a special verdict that defendant was armed in the commission of each of the robberies.
