Now before the Court are defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. # 23), and motion for summary judgment (Dkt. #24)1 Defendants move to dismiss on the ground that the amended complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted as to plaintiffs claims for denial of due process, retaliation, and tortious interference.
