McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Dennis R. Dinges appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri finding him guilty, pursuant to a guilty plea, of being an unlawful user of marijuana in possession of firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3). The district court sentenced him to 7 months imprisonment, 3 years supervised release, a fine of $3,000.00, and a special assessment of $50.00.
