Plaintiff Daniel Anderson (“Anderson”) filed a complaint against Defendant Western National Mutual Insurance Company (“Western National”) alleging breach of contract and bad faith. Doc. 1. Western National filed a Motion to Bifurcate the breach of contract claim from the first-party bad faith claim and later a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Anderson’s bad faith claim.
