Mark Peterson Dental Laboratory, Inc. v. Kral

This case presents an appeal from the trial court’s grant of a judgment against Dr. Bruce M. Kral individually and not against his solely owned professional association, Dr. Bruce M. Kral, D.D.S., Inc.
