Smith & Associates, Inc., from an October 6, 1980 order of the Franklin County Municipal Court rendering judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $8,424 against defendant-appellee Dale F. Everett Company, Inc., and dismissing the plaintiff’s complaint against defendant-appellee Dale F. Everett, individually.
