In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., plaintiffs appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bellard, J.), entered September 27, 1983, which granted defendant shareholders’ motions to dismiss the complaint as against them and denied plaintiffs’ cross motion to consolidate the instant action with another action against the corporate defendants or for leave to serve a supplemental summons and complaint nunc pro tunc.
Amended order affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to defendants appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
