Defendant-appellant, Jerry Wayne Henderson, appeals his convictions of gross sexual imposition in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas.

On October 26,1989, the Clermont County Grand Jury indicted appellant on two counts of gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05 and one count of felonious sexual penetration in violation of R.C. 2907.12. Count Two of the indictment maintained that appellant purposely compelled his then thirteen-year-old daughter (“the victim”), to submit by force or threat of force to sexual contact on September 9, 1989.
