OPINION

CHESLER, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Defendants, Pfizer, Inc., Pharmacia Corporation, the Monsanto Company, Searle & Co., and Merck & Co., Inc. for summary judgment. The Court has opted to adjudicate this motion on the papers, and renders this opinion without oral argument pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 78. For the reasons set forth more fully below, Defendants’ motion is granted, and summary judgment entered dismissing Plaintiffs complaint.
