At issue in this interlocutory appeal under Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(f) is whether the District Court properly certified a nationwide class of employees alleging a pattern or practice of unlawful discrimination under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990CADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12117.
