MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 707(b)(1) Based on Presumption of Abuse (Doc. No. 19) (“Motion to Dismiss”) filed by Donald F. Walton, the Acting United States Trustee for Region 21 (“UST”), seeking dismissal of this case pursuant to 11 U.S.C.
