This matter is before the court on confirmation of Timothy Lee and Louise Karen Barbutes (“debtors”) proposed chapter 13 plan. Henry E. Hildebrand, Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee (“Trustee”) objected that the debtors’ plan fails contribute all disposable income as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b).
