The United States Trustee’s contested Motion to Dismiss the Debtors’ chapter 7 filing pursuant to 11 U.S.C. sections 707(b)(2) and (3) is before the Court. At a preliminary telephonic hearing, James L. Snyder, Assistant U.S. Trustee appeared and Bradford L. Davis represented Patrick Martin and Patricia MeSorley-Martin (the “Debtors”).
