Plaintiff Haysman brought suit against Defendant Food Lion for discrimination on the basis of disability, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and battery. Food Lion moves for summary judgment on the disability claims, arguing that Haysman does not meet the requirements of the ADA or the Georgia Equal Employment for the Handi capped Code (GEEHC).
